Okay, okay. So I was suckered into buying these guys cause of their name.. I guess the marketing ploys have worked. Either way, they were TASTY :) I just baked them along with a batch of carrot baby food I was making and added a bit of brown sugar... yum! They were like a dessert!
I was "suckered" too! The cashier guy asked me what I do with them. I said, "I don't know. I guess I'll figure it out when I get home. They were just so cute!" He said, "Cute?" Whatever, they were as delicious as any other squash, which is a lot to me. We had them tonight.
