Been quite busy, but here's a few of a beautiful little girl

Sorry for the delay in posting, it's been crazy busy these days! But, it's all coming together slowly and surely.

Here's the first shoot of Saturday! Loved this little girl to pieces, she was awesome. I enjoy second shooting with Magin, because I have the chance to capture the kids exactly how they should be... having fun, laughing and smiling. I hate it when parents wnt their kid to pose for every shot, it makes for an uncomfortable experience for everyone. So, here's the idea of what a shoot by me would look more like.

Avid blog followers

So, even thought it doesn't seem like I have very many followers on here, I have a lot of people who have told me they follow my blog. My friends, family, extended family, and even the people I went to high school with that I hardly ever even talk to. So, I didn't photograph today, I know, I know, I just didn't. But, tomorrow, you will have lots to look at, hopefully. Tomorrow, in class we are doing splash photography... more info to come soon.

Bumble bees...

In the backyard where I spent years and years of my childhood, I was chasing around a bunch of bumblebees in the tree in the backyard. Hopefully I will get more soon. :)

Dog pictures! :)

Debbie wanted me to come photograph her dogs so I went and shot on Saturday for her :)

These dogs were better models than like 95% of the people I have worked with. Great job, Lucy and Rosey!!

Beauty Shots

So, I had an assignment to shoot photos of someone with beautiful skin.... with no photoshop, just natural looking. So, here's my friend Deanna, she is beautiful and soooo cooperative. You don't very often get beautiful people who can model too :) YAY! Thanks Deanna!

more night exposures

My friends Joel and Elizabeth are renting a new place in Olde Town Alexandria, I shot a few photos from their rooftop.. I can't wait to go back and shoot some more, maybe while the sun is setting.

These are form WWII memorial and of the national monument, the FDR memorial and building of engraving downtown.

Some were shot with lensbaby, fisheye, or the new lense :)

We went down in search of the cherry blossoms and could only find a few ith actual flowers on them.

Coldstone Date with Sarah

So I went to coldstone with my friend Sarah, and wasn't planning on shooting but I had Olive Oil with me, so I ended up shooting a few long exposures of Ballston. I didn't get photos of the dog in the mall, which I was quite jealous Luna wasn't with us... but here's a few from my daily journey.
